Purchasing the Avive Connect AED includes one year of FREE access to Avive’s REALConnect Platform so users can remotely monitor their devices, powered by modern Wi-Fi, Cellular, GPS, and Bluetooth® technologies.
Additionally, active membership to Avive’s REALConnect Services includes:
- REALConnect Platform - automating device maintenance via real-time remote monitoring of Connect AEDs, viewable on desktop and mobile devices
- Rapid Wireless Incident Data Transfer-Rapid transfer of AED Incident Data to first responders and physicians to support patient care
- Wireless remote software updates- Unlike many AEDs that require manual, in-person updates on a unit-by-unit basis, the Avive Connect AED can receive updates from the cloud, just like a smartphone

The Avive Connect AED and REALConnect Platform are designed to give businesses visibility into their AED programs and peace of mind through wireless monitoring and alerts.
Many of today’s automated external defibrillators (AEDs) require manual maintenance inspections regularly, which is expensive, time-consuming, and often inaccurate. Not doing so can jeopardize Good Samaritan liability protections or, worse, fail to identify non-functional AEDs.

Our Warranty:
We provide a limited warranty to the original end user for our AED units and associated accessories. Our AED's are warranted for five (5) years from the date of shipment. If the AED is registered with the REALConnect™ maintenance services, the warranty is extended to eight (8) years. Disposable Avive Pad Cartridges are warranted until the expiration dates listed on the package. All other approved accessories are warranted for 90 days, or the expiration date, whichever is later.
